By accessing or using Emily ("the Service"), provided by White Rabbit Foundry Limited ("WRF", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
Emily is an AI-powered email assistant that processes emails on behalf of users. The Service includes email management, meeting scheduling, research, reminders, and related features.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, your account will require a paid subscription to continue using the Service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free trial at any time.
Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. Pricing is usage-based: a base fee per seat per month is charged, with a defined number of included actions. Actions beyond the included allowance are charged at the per-unit rate displayed in your account. All prices are subject to change with reasonable notice. Prices are exclusive of VAT where applicable.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.
You agree not to use the Service to send spam, engage in unlawful activities, impersonate others, or violate any applicable laws. WRF reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
The Service, including all software, design, and content, is owned by White Rabbit Foundry Limited. You retain ownership of content you provide to the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WRF shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months prior to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
